To all X challenge members: please start training as the competition round is on the 18th and need to be at HTA by 730,
the stations are as follows:
1) Escape room style event (skills involve observation and thinking)
2) PT training (burpees, butterfly kicks, pushups, crunches, jumping jacks and wheel burrow)
3) Campcraft: build a goal post and shoot in 5 floorballs
4) Team work games
Each station (other than no 4) has a time limit of 10 mins.
