Dear Sec 3 NCOs

Please note that the PYA Project is
on 23 August 2009 (Sunday)
from 0700h - 1200h
at Ang Mo Kio Open Field opposite the Macdonalds.

Everyone is expected to be there for the PYA project.
There will be a meeting after all materials are done.

[Reminder] T3W4 : NPCC Training resumes on FRIDAY this week

All cadets are to take note that there will be no NPCC training this Wed due to Listening Comprehension for O-level. But will resumes on Friday as per normal.

Due to LC, many Sec 3 NCOs are involved,
we will meet next Wed instead for your PYA Projects discussion and finalisation.

Upcoming InterUnit Competitions 2009

Dear Cadets,

After the long June vacation and H1N1, it's time that we get active once again. Below is a competition that I think would entice some of you out there to participate.

So pls form groups among you if you're keen in taking part in the competition and do the unit proud. But must go with the "SURE WIN" attitude.

NPCC Inter – Unit Sudoku Challenge 2009 (Organised by Sembawang Secondary NPCC Unit)

We NEED NOT send cadets to Sembawang Secondary School for this competition.

Rules and Regulations:

A Sudoku puzzle consists of a 9 by 9 grid, made up of 3 by 3 subgrids.
The goal is to fill in the empty cells, one number in each, so that every column, row, and subgrids each contains the numbers 1 through 9 once. No repetition is allowed.
Time taken to complete the puzzle(s) by both members is crucial. Timings will be noted for computation of results.
The organizers will determine the level of difficulty of the puzzles.
All puzzles are checked through thoroughly to ensure 100% accuracy and fairness for all competitors.
All teams will get the same puzzle to complete.

Deadline for Submission of Application: Before 1 August 2009
